Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

There is no additional charge for set up. However, additional fees may apply for the delivery service area.

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive half hour to four hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as four hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call at least 24 hours before your event to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

Inflatables cannot be used if there are winds of 20 mph (15 mph for some items) or more, and cannot be used in constant rain. 24 hours and up to 7:00 am on the day of your event, we will monitor the weather to see what is predicted in the forecast. If there is a 60 percent chance or more for consistent rain, or a prediction of winds 20 mph or above during the time of your event, we allow you to cancel the day of your event before 7:00 am. You will be able to choose to move your deposit to a different date, or choose to have a credit good up to a year from the date cancellation or receive a refund. A 2.9% processing fee does apply for all refunds. You MUST call or text us before 7 am the morning of your event to cancel to receive your refund of the deposit. Please note: we MUST keep safety in mind at all times, so Supply The Bounce reserves the right to cancel your rental due to inclement weather at any time.

*CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER are determined the morning of your event before we deliver. If you decide to cancel due to poor weather conditions, your deposit would be refunded with a 2.9% deduction. You must cancel by 7:00 am day of event. Please note if you call after 7:00 am…. Once the delivery truck leaves the warehouse, you are responsible for payment in full, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do not provide the water or the water hose.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags/waterbags.

At Supply The Bounce, we accept cash, as well as all major credit cards. We do take company checks, park district checks, and checks from churches. If paying by cash, please have exact change, as our drivers do not carry cash.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
