Allow Silly String near the Inflatable: Silly String may seem like harmless fun, but it can cause permanent damage to the material our inflatables are made of. We kindly ask that you refrain from using it in close proximity to our equipment. Failure to comply may result in significant charges to be paid by the renter.
Allow Sharp Objects in the Inflatable: Ensure that children entering the inflatable do not have any sharp objects on their clothing or in their pockets. Items like pens or belt buckles can puncture holes in the inflatable, potentially leading to accidents.
Allow Food or Drinks Inside the Inflatable: For safety reasons, please do not permit children to bring food, candy, gum, or lollipops inside the inflatable. Choking hazards and potential eye injuries can occur while jumping and playing. Additional cleaning fees may apply if this rule is not followed.
Allow Pets in the Inflatable: Pets, especially with sharp nails, can permanently damage the bounce material. It’s important to keep them out of the inflatable to maintain its integrity and safety.
Use Water on a ‘Dry’ Inflatable: Some inflatables are not designed to be used wet, and doing so could result in serious injuries. Please refrain from adding water to a dry inflatable.
Leave Children Unsupervised: It’s imperative to never leave children unsupervised in any inflatable at any time. Keep a watchful eye to ensure their safety and prevent accidents.
